All still images delivered via Dropbox. We strive for 24 hour or less delivery times, we guarantee 36 hours. Video delivery times based on editing needs & video requirements.
All drone services limited by FAA regulations. As an FAA-107 pilot in command, I'm required to follow all FAA-107 rules and regulations at all times. In addition to any city, county or state restrictions that apply. While we do our best to know the flight area and any restrictions, no flight time or flight can be guaranteed due to variable factors inherent with FAA-107 regulations.
Purchase of my photography services includes limited image licensing rights unless otherwise contracted. Clients may use or convey limited image licensing rights, for any licensed image, to normal business partners for advertising usage pertaining to a contracted listing on the subject property, for the term of that listing agreement or any extension of contracted listing agreement between existing seller, agent & broker. Licensed rights include normal advertising usage pertaining to multiple listing services, Realtor.com, Zillow.com, any locally or nationally recognized real estate advertising method. Licensing rights may only be conveyed to third parties under identical terms. All third party licensing rights terminate at termination of existing listing agreement or 90 days after close of escrow of subject property
Additional image licensing rights available for agent or broker advertising campaigns at negotiated rates.
Payment terms & billing
All fees and charges due at time of service. We accept check or cash only. Checks returned for non suffiecent funds subject to a $50.00 service charge plus 1.75% per month late fee. Realty Imaging Services may bill existing customers for services at our discretion. Any billing is due upon receipt and past due 15 days from date of services.
Unpaid bills 15 days or more from date of service are considered past due and subject to a 1.75% late fee per month from date of service.
